Lately I've been looking at a range of MP3 players by Sony. They've released a new series of players just recently that's really caught my eye...

But that was until I spotted this model over the net:

And here are the features that really attracted me:
1) Drag and Drop music transfer
2) Voice Recording Function
3) OLED colour LCD display
4? Direct USB plug in
And it's going at an entry-level price, with better features as well as a better design! As such, I shall await the arrival of this model in Singapore till I make a decision.

There seem to be alot of birthdays lately. This time, it was the birthday of another colleague of mine, Guowei. His girlfriend threw him a chalet as a birthday gift and he invited the entire shop, Paragon and some others to join in!

It was a night of fun and laughter, food and drinks. Guowei's parents were really humerous, and hospitable. They really made sure that we had enough food to eat! The best part was when we presented him his gift: An Ipod Nano! We had fun with him as we placed a fake one in the real box and then wrapped it up in many layers of magazine paper. Well all of us laughed as he opened the many layers up, getting all the more irritated as he did so! But of course, we finally presented him with the actual one, only to find out, when he opened it, Max's face stuck on the inner wrapper! (I wrapped the actual one in 2 layers as well, just for the fun of it)

After cutting the cake, and as everyone savoured the chocolaty chocolate cake, Kimmy decided to have a cake fight! She smeared cake on Guowei's face, which had him chasing after her and smearing cake on her as well as Max. The results of the fight? The back of my shirt being smeared with cake, and Max having to walk to the bathroom 4 times just to wash his hands! It was hilarious, and by far the chalet in which I had the most fun. Of course i didn't stay long as i had work the next morning!
Aside to all the Birthday celebrations, Belle, Ning and I went on a shopping spree today! We met up at Somerset at 11.30am and walked all the way till 6.30pm! (Sadly, Ning had to leave at 3.30pm) Madness, but great fun! I bought 4 tops for myself and spent the rest on food as well. In the end? Belle and I spent about $100 odd each! But well, it's once in awhile, i guess i won't be buying much in awhile. The magic retail therapy does for you.

Life, is all about sorting out your differences with one another, You cannot expect anyone and everyone to follow at your whim and fancy. This sentence, ironically, was mentioned by my lecturer today.
How coincidental

Re·spect - (Noun): Deference to a right, privilege, privileged position, or someone or something considered to have certain rights or privileges; proper acceptance or courtesy; acknowledgment: Respect for a suspect's right to counsel; to show respect for the flag; respect for the elderly
This is one word that i feel is often misused by others. More often than not, We let our pride take part in the decisions we make more than we allow reality, Just because we feel that one side does not show respect to the other.
It's so complicated, human emotions.
It is normal for humans to err. To let pride and the word respect override the reality of the present, is but another stupid act to do. But then again, being the prideful creatures that we are, our emotions are normally being taken over by the more illogical senses.
Then there's another emotion, called anger, which takes over our mind and logic to reason, when anger surfaces. This is the emotion that often causes people to fall out with one another, for one to bang things on the table, for one to kill another.
An.ger - (Noun): A strong feeling of displeasure and belligerence aroused by a wrong; wrath;
Anger, Pride, Respect. I'm quite sick and tired to see people fighting over or being pissed of over such minor matters. It only shows how childish and immature the person's thinking is. I admit I am immature at times, but I am, at least, making a concious effort to try and change the way I am now.
Oh well...

Words can never describe this exhilerating experience
The sets, the costumes, the backdrops, and not forgetting, the music that filled the esplanade hall were astoundingly brilliant! Despite the strong lighting that blinded us for a moment or two.
Catching The Phantom of the Opera with Isabelle, Jasmine and Serene also marked my first time in the Esplanade Theatres. Who would have thought that the island-renown "Durain" was filled with so much sophistication coupled with a touch of class to it. Definitly does not fit the given nickname. As "Durian" as it may seem on the outside, you're sure to change your mind the moment you step into the Esplanade
Jasmine and I, being first-timers in the Esplanade Theatre hall, were given a grand tour around the different levels by Belle and Serene, a chance that you don't get everyday (A benefit when you've got friends working there). We even had a shot of champagne each during intermission!
Phantom of the Opera was definitely worth every single cent, and if I ever had the chance, I would go catch it again. But for now, the next production i'm looking forward to is Swan Lake On Ice

The past month has been really interesting. These few weeks, i've been bumping into my old friends, those of which i've lost contact with for a good number of years. And i managed to bump into them at my workplace! How interesting, the way our paths cross.

Aside to all the reunion, Its FINALLY finished! I've been trying to complete this cross stitch design for the past few months, and finally it's done.
The irony is, I managed to complete Cassandra's one (Which was almost as twice as big) in a matter of 8 days! I guess it's always the motivation that you need to have in no matter what you do.
But i've seemed to lost my aim in life, I just can't help but wonder, where will my future lead me to?
Maybe, I'll take things one step at a time.

It's kind of cool when your birhtday falls on April Fool's Day, Probably that's why it makes him a really good joker who never fails to make you smile!
It was Terence's Birthday today, so we decided to give him a little surprise by getting him a little cake before he went off to join his girlfriend for his birthday celebration.

He did a fine job cutting the cake (and the strawberries) into equal pieces, and we all had an equal share.
To top off this post, Happy Birthday, Terence!
